Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Advisor role based in Brazil focuses on proactive and strategic sourcing, partner management with hiring managers, and end-to-end recruitment across regions. Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment
- Experience in sourcing
- In-house international environment preferred
- English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Must be based in Brazil and have right-to-work
- Remote collaboration in a distributed team
- Willingness to work across time zones
