Job Summary
The Taktical Control Manager leads project planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring to ensure project delivery is on time and aligns with organizational objectives. Key responsibilities include overseeing project controls processes, validating project phasing plans, providing monthly performance reports, managing milestone validation leads, and integrating schedule risk analyses. The role requires effective collaboration with commercial, preconstruction teams, and operations management to align budget and resource allocation. This position demands a strong organizational skill set, leadership abilities, and proficiency in project management software, particularly Oracle Primavera Cloud.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience in a business or professional setting (inclusive of non-profit or government roles)
- Proven experience in an executive support role or similar position
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in using business software and tools, including MS Office and project management applications
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
