Job Summary
Take food and drink orders accurately via phone, online, and for walk-in guests while developing menu knowledge to make personalized suggestions. Navigate third-party delivery platforms like DoorDash and Uber Eats, then organize and stage completed orders for timely pick-up. Greet arriving guests warmly, confirm order accuracy, and process payments using the POS system while communicating positively with kitchen staff. Maintain cleanliness of the HTO section throughout shifts and adhere to OSHA and HACCP standards with a Food Handlers Certification. Requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus the ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
- Positive, guest-first attitude and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Must have or be willing to obtain Food Handlers Certification
