Job Summary
Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries courteously while maintaining attentive and polite communication. Receive, process, and manage takeout and delivery orders, assembling and packaging them to prevent spills or damage. Process payments for orders via cash, credit, debit, or digital methods, ensuring accurate cash handling and sales reconciliation at shift end. Handle guest incidents and complaints while performing other duties as assigned in a high-volume restaurant setting. Previous experience and POS knowledge preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle cash and paperwork accurately
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to perform under pressure in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Must be able to handle guest incidents/complaints
- Must complete Form I-9 and successfully participate in the E-Verify process
Desired Qualifications
- Previous work experience in similar role
- Working knowledge of Point of Sale systems
- Basic computer skills
