Job Summary
Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries courteously. Receive, process, and manage takeout and delivery orders, assembling and packaging them to prevent spills or damage. Process payments for all orders via cash, credit/debit, or digital methods, ensuring accurate cash handling and sales reconciliation at shift end. Handle guest incidents and complaints while maintaining courteous communication under pressure in a high-volume setting. A high school diploma and POS system knowledge are preferred. This role supports Legal Sea Foods' commitment to quality service and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle cash and paperwork accurately
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to perform under pressure in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Must be able to handle guest incidents/complaints
- Must complete Form I-9 and successfully participate in the E-Verify process
Desired Qualifications
- Previous work experience in similar role preferred
- Working knowledge of Point of Sale systems is preferred
- Basic computer skills
