Job Summary
Make memorable first and last impressions with a smile while using food and beverage menu knowledge to share favorites and provide recommendations. Answer the phone in a prompt and professional manner, then accurately process orders, accept payment, and anticipate guest needs to ensure each order is complete and correct. Demonstrate teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise, while maintaining a commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and job safety standards. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for up to eight hours, and perform frequent bending, reaching, and squatting.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs.
- Able to work in hot and cold environments.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift.
- Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping.
- Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems.
- Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and peripheral. Also, the ability to adjust focus as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years old to sell alcohol.
- Responsible Beverage Service Certifications Required (can be completed during training, and up to 60 days after start date).
- Must successfully complete the Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E-Verify).
