Job Summary
Anticipate guest needs, process orders, and take payment in a hospitable, timely manner. Assemble and deliver orders with hospitality and a smile while using menu knowledge to share favorites and provide recommendations. Make memorable first and last impressions and maintain safe food handling, cleanliness, and sanitation standards during the shift. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., walk, stand, or bend for long periods, and work in hot and cold environments is required. California-based positions require Responsible Beverage Service Certification.
