Job Summary
Deliver perfectly tailored service to each guest by making memorable first and last impressions with a smile. Use food and beverage menu knowledge to share favorites and provide recommendations while answering the phone in a prompt and professional manner. Accurately process orders, accept payment in a friendly and timely manner, and anticipate guest needs to ensure every order is complete and correct. Demonstrate teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise, maintaining a commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and job safety standards. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and handle glassware and technology systems.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs.
- Able to work in hot and cold environments.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift.
- Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping.
- Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems.
- Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and peripheral. Also, the ability to adjust focus as needed.
- Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be at least 18 years old to sell alcohol.
- Responsible Beverage Service Certifications Required (can be completed during training, and up to 60 days after start date).
