Conduct detailed and objective observations of service quality and customer experience for designated companies and their competitors, measuring factors including space, product, pricing, and staff interaction. Report findings consistently to support service improvement initiatives. Maintain daily internet access and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills alongside keen attention to detail. While a driver's license and personal vehicle are preferred, they are not required. This role offers flexible scheduling and the possibility of frequent engagement on various projects, available on a student or honorarium contract basis.
