Complete post-visit questionnaires to objectively evaluate the customer experience, assessing factors including staff interaction, store environment, product availability, pricing, and overall service delivery. Maintain daily computer access for email and internet communication while ensuring high organization, responsibility, and attention to detail. This flexible, honorarium-based engagement allows for frequent participation in projects as part of the DEKRA SE team.
