Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize photolithography equipment (steppers, scanners, coaters/developers) used in semiconductor manufacturing to maximize yield and production efficiency. Perform routine maintenance and calibration, diagnose and resolve equipment issues, collaborate with process and integration teams to improve tool performance and process stability. Analyze equipment data and implement improvements for throughput and yield. Support new tool installation and qualification.
