Job Summary
Provide leadership and care for campers, ensuring their safety, health, and involvement in camp programs. Responsible for nurturing campers' spiritual and emotional growth, enforcing camp policies, and maintaining a safe environment. Participate in all camp activities and align with the goals of Camp Arnold. Required qualifications include ability to supervise, ensure safety, participate in activities, and maintain a supportive role for campers.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to supervise and direct a group of 8-12 campers
- Ability to maintain safety and enforce camp policies
- Nurture the spiritual and emotional development of campers
- Ability to participate in camp activities alongside campers
- Must be able to perform essential duties with or without accommodation
- Ability to meet physical requirements such as lifting up to 25 lbs
