Job Summary
Process driver's license and vehicle registration applications, answer inquiries on state-specific regulations, and serve as a lead mentor to title clerks. Assemble and prepare applications for state submission, manage rejected applications, and resolve discrepancies. Consistently up-sell AAA products such as memberships and insurance referrals, and handle overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak volumes. Assist with cashiering and IDEMIA services as needed. Requires Notary Public designation or ability to obtain it within six months, plus prior experience in tag and title work. Full-time role with Monday through Saturday hours, earning an hourly rate of $19.15 to $24.50 plus incentive pay.
Required Qualifications
- Required sales and customer service experience, ideally in a lead role, with a focus on accuracy and result
- Previous working knowledge of Motor Vehicle Title system
- Prior experience in tag and title work
- Showcase effective written and oral communication skills
- Navigate multiple websites and programs with ease
- Notary Public designation
- Ability to successfully obtain and maintain a Notary Public designation with six (6) months of employment
- Ability to successfully complete all required training workshops provided for Title Service Agents
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings
- Ability to obtain necessary Membership license (or others) as required to perform the essential functions of the position

Desired Qualifications
