Job Summary
Process driver's license and vehicle registration applications while answering inquiries about state-specific regulations. Consistently up-sell and cross-sell AAA products such as new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals. Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak call volumes and serve as backup for Cashiering and IDEMIA services. Requires previous sales and customer service experience, proficiency with Motor Vehicle Title systems, and a Notary Public designation or ability to obtain one. Full-time role with a 37.5-hour week and $17.18 to $21.97 hourly base pay plus incentive opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Required previous sales and customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings
- Ability to obtain necessary Membership license (or others) as required to perform the essential functions of the position
- Ability to successfully complete the On-Line Messenger (OLM) Certification testing within ninety (90) days of receiving system authorization
- Ability to successfully complete the Basic Agent Services Training course within two weeks of hire
- Ability to successfully complete the Advance Agent Services Training course every two (2) years
Desired Qualifications
- Previous working knowledge of Motor Vehicle Title system
- Prior experience in tag and title work
- Notary Public designation
- Ability to successfully obtain and maintain a Notary Public designation with six (6) months of employment
