Job Summary
TAFT Airframe Repairer provides progressive academic and ground training program for aircraft readiness, including classroom and simulator instruction, hands-on maintenance training, and evaluation support. Instructors advise customer instructors to build an indigenous flight training and maintenance support capability, conduct recurring training to ensure crew proficiency aligns with aircraft standards, and provide advisory support for diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance operations (including AGSE and ALSE). Role supports sustainment practices meeting DCMA 8210-1D guidance and host nation regulations, and contributes to maintenance supervision and a customer-led sustainment model. Requires US Army MOS 15G qualification and a Secret Clearance, with ALSE certificate and TAFT experience preferred.
