Job Summary
Develop and implement tactical procurement plans for local packages aligned with Global Procurement frameworks. Segment the supplier base, determine preferred and second-source strategies, and lead make-or-buy decisions with well-founded proposals. Negotiate framework contracts, ensure correct ERP translation, and drive supplier performance through audits and improvement projects. Manage delivery reliability, cost development, and forecast alignment between Operations, Supply Chain, and Global Procurement while proactively advising management on risks and market scenarios. Requires HBO/WO education, 5+ years in tactical procurement, strong Dutch language skills, and ERP proficiency. Salary ranges from €4,850 to €6,000 gross monthly.
Required Qualifications
- HBO/WO level of education, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or similar
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tactical procurement and/or supplier strategy within a technical or industrial environment
- Demonstrable experience with segment strategy, supplier positioning, and contract strategy
- Experience with complex negotiations, framework contracts, and performance agreements within a multi-site or global procurement environment
- Solid knowledge of ERP systems and working with procurement data as a basis for decision-making
- Strong command of the Dutch language in word and writing due to drawings, work instructions, and communication on the work floor
