Job Summary
Conduct firearms training sessions for individuals and groups, teaching safety, handling, and shooting techniques using UDT's threat-based reality simulator. Lead force-on-force and self-defense courses while maintaining equipment and ensuring a secure range environment. Evaluate participant performance to provide feedback and stay current with industry developments and new equipment. Monitor hazards and adhere to strict safety protocols throughout all training activities. Full-time, 40 hours/week at 12500 Network Blvd., ste 408. Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a firearms Instructor/law enforcement officer
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of firearm safety and handling protocols
- Familiarity with a variety of firearms and their operation
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Comfortable working in an outdoor range environment
- Poses any necessary certifications and licenses for instructing
