Tactical Security Guard

Tactical Security Guard position at GardaWorld in Haliburton, Ontario. Full-time hospital security guard role focused on maintaining a safe environment for patients, staff, physicians, visitors, and hospital property. Responsibilities include patrolling critical areas to spot suspicious activity, checking identification and controlling access to secure areas, reacting quickly to threats or incidents and documenting actions, verifying proper operation of alarms and cameras, conducting on-site checks, and partnering with law enforcement during serious incidents. Qualifications include being authorized to work in Canada, holding a valid security license, and having first aid certification, with the ability to stand and walk throughout the shift. Schedule includes alternating days and night shifts with a fixed weekly pattern, and compensation is $22.50/hour.
