Job Summary
Own the tactical plan for the live week, including forecasting and scheduling, while monitoring and analyzing in-day performance to make evidence-based decisions. Lead daily and weekly planning meetings, presenting outlooks and mitigation strategies, and act as the conscience of the business to ensure customer demand is understood and met. Manage incident response, guiding frontline teams to deliver the best outcomes, and drive continuous improvement by collaborating on operational challenges. Provide effective stakeholder management, escalating and mitigating risks, and take ownership during out-of-hours coverage when required. This fixed-term, 12-month hybrid role at Bupa offers a £33,500 DOE salary with full-time hours and extensive benefits designed to support health and wellbeing.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Contact Centre Planning (Resource Planning or Forecasting)
- Hands-on knowledge of Telephony and WFM technologies
- Strong analytical skills
- Confident decision-making under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
