Tactical Buying Supply Demand Leader (H/F)

Job Summary
As a member of the Group Supply Demand team, detect and alert on long-term risks related to capacity and future business trends; coordinate coverage of logistical conditions for all suppliers managed via forecasts; consolidate forecast reviews from entities to facilitate group-level escalation based on identified risk; analyze complex data and produce clear syntheses for stakeholders; actively participate in Sales & Operations Planning processes to ensure alignment between demand and supply; collaborate with international, cross-functional teams to ensure information flow and implement corrective actions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor in Business / Supply Chain Management
- Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau or other BI software)
- ERP and procurement modules (SAP, Oracle)
- Understanding of demand planning and supplier capacity management
- Procurement processes and budget cycles
- Ability to analyze complex data and produce clear syntheses
- Experience working with international and cross-functional teams
- Interest in planning and global supplier management
