Tactical Buyer Manager

Lead regional order-management activities and oversee the Tactical Buyer team; establish KPIs and SLAs for tactical procurement; manage ERP and purchasing-analytics tools, maintain dashboards, and report procurement performance; liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to streamline order processing and delivery monitoring; resolve conflicts and provide escalation paths; coordinate with IS/IT on ERP modifications; share knowledge of global/regional commodity strategies; ensure accuracy of order placement/cancellation and align with shared services for purchase-order changes; develop and execute purchasing strategies; track key metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness; forecast price and market trends to anticipate changes in buyer-supplier dynamics; maintain regulatory compliance with local laws; demonstrate proactive stakeholder engagement and drive continuous improvement within procurement.
