Job Summary
Tactical Business Manager responsible for achieving annual client volume and revenue targets, developing and evaluating region-specific marketing plans to maximize distribution and merchandising for client promotions and new product introductions, supporting the retail service team with marketing materials, communicating business updates to a small client portfolio, conducting market analysis (e.g., Nielsen, Empower It), maintaining pricing/database accuracy, and working within a team to enable career progression toward managing large client portfolios. The role requires strong promotional tactics oversight, presentation and interpersonal skills, travel nationally and internationally, willingness to relocate, and a Bachelor’s degree. Familiarity with Nielsen/IRI data and MS Office is expected, along with a commitment to a drug-free workplace.
