Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations by ensuring fast, accurate service, maintaining facilities, and handling financial controls. Manage cleaning tasks, conduct health and safety audits, and execute marketing plans while resolving service bottlenecks quickly. Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training team members, including performance appraisals and coaching. Lead Shift Leaders and Team Members to uphold operational standards and communicate effectively. Work 40-50 hours per week, including peak periods, with flexible hours available. Requires 6 to 12 months of supervisory experience in food service, retail, or customer service.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- 6 to 12 months of supervisory experience in food service, retail, or customer service
- profit and loss responsibility
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Available to work flexible hours
- valid food handler's certificate
- Ability to analyze and calculate data
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Basic business math and accounting skills
- Must be able to stand for 10 hours during a shift
- Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to frequently push and pull up to 20 pounds
- Occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, overhead lifting, and working on ladders
- Constant reaching and grasping
- Frequent bending, handling, fine manipulation, and keying
- Repetitive use of both hands and feet
