Turner’s Outdoorsman is seeking a Tackle Department Manager to lead a retail team in achieving sales goals and delivering excellent customer service. Requires retail management experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of hunting and fishing.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate (or GED) required
- Fluent in English
- At least 2 years of prior retail and sales experience in a lead position
- Customer service experience
- Legally eligible to work in a firearms environment
- Must be 18 years or older
