Job Summary
Operator for tableting, coating, and capsule filling responsible for feeding tablet presses with intermediate blends and packaging materials, loading empty capsules and finished products, operating capsule filing and film-coating equipment, ensuring correct weighing and sampling, and performing cleaning and routine maintenance per SOPs. Carries out material balances, monitors temperature/pressure/humidity, records production data, reports issues to supervision, and participates in changeovers and equipment setup. Emphasizes adherence to GMP/Quality procedures and accurate documentation; performs friability and disintegration tests when applicable and ensures proper labeling and waste handling.
