Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations; translate business requirements into analytics solutions; integrate and analyze data from multiple sources to support operational and leadership reporting; support Power Platform environments and reporting-related enhancements; troubleshoot reporting, data, and dashboard issues; maintain documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates must have U.S. Citizenship, an active Secret clearance, a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, and hands-on experience in Tableau dashboards and relational databases, data modeling, and data transformation. Prefer Tableau certification and experience with Microsoft Power Platform; experience supporting Federal or DoD programs; familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and version control; demonstrated collaboration across cross-functional teams.
