Tableau Developer: Data Visualization Analyst

Job Summary
Tableau Developer who designs, builds, optimizes, and maintains Tableau dashboards used across the organization. Focused almost exclusively on Tableau development and reporting, collaborating with business stakeholders, product teams, and data teams to translate requirements into high-performance, intuitive dashboards. Responsible for creating interactive visualizations, calculated fields, LOD calculations, and data sources; optimizing load times and ensuring data accuracy; developing reusable reporting frameworks; documenting logic and standards; and supporting Tableau users with guidance and governance to deliver fast, trusted analytics across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Tableau development experience
- Advanced knowledge of Tableau Desktop and Tableau Cloud/Server
- Experience building executive-level dashboards and KPI reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Experience with large datasets and complex reporting environments
- Basic SQL skills
- Experience with data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server
- Tableau governance, permissions, and deployment processes
- Documentation of dashboards, calculations, and reporting logic
