Job Summary
Conduct 103 hours of Table Games training covering Blackjack, Progressive Blackjack, Three-card Poker, Spanish 21, Ultimate Hold'em, and Lucky Ladies from a CTUIR licensed trainer. Operate assigned Class III games while verifying table inventory through accurate dealing and confirming paperwork transactions for openers, closures, fills, and credits. Promote customer service by acknowledging guests promptly, maintaining workplace standards, and ensuring a safe environment by reporting irregularities and safety concerns to supervisors. Attend daily training for four weeks with flexible availability for swings and evening shifts, including sitting, standing, and bending in confined spaces. Requires a criminal history background check and must be at least 21 years of age.
Required Qualifications
- 103 hours of Blackjack training
- one hour of Lucky Ladies
- two hours of Spanish 21
- two hours of Three-card poker
- two hours of Ultimate Hold'em
- CTUIR licensed trainer
- exceptional interpersonal skills
- flexible to attend training daily for 4 weeks
- ability to sit, stand, and bend for long periods in a confined space
- ability to perform repetitive motions with arms, wrists, and hands
- flexible availability to work, swing, evening shifts
- criminal history background check
- at least 21 years of age
