Job Summary
The Table Games Supervisor leads the table games dealer teams to achieve continuous improvements in the employee experience and service for guests, while protecting game integrity and compliance with internal controls and New Hampshire Lottery Commission regulations. Responsibilities include guiding table games dealers to deliver legendary customer service, ensuring they have training and tools, driving improvements in the employee experience, maintaining game integrity, tracking guest play and relaying information to the supervisor, settling disputes professionally, handling guest concerns promptly, adjusting table games limits to meet customer demand, informing the Pit Manager and Surveillance of irregular play, maintaining bank floats and reporting significant cash/cheque transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulations, controls, and policies. The role requires a High School diploma or GED and preferred minimum one-year supervisor experience, plus prior dealing and table games supervisory experience.
