Table Games Supervisor

Supervises day-to-day operations of all Table Games, directing dealers to accomplish department goals and providing visible leadership in gaming areas. Enforces all table games procedures, policies, state regulations, and internal controls while maintaining continuous inspection of cards and dice to ensure security. Monitors cash and chip transactions between dealers and customers, ensures proper payouts, and maintains a paper trail for chip accountability per shift. Settles disputes with customers, dealers, and management staff; evaluates employee performance, provides feedback, and manages complaints or grievances. Assists in staff selection, training, counseling, and separation of employment. Requires minimum 21 years of age, associate's degree with two years table games management experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a Maryland Lottery License. Flexible ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
