Job Summary
Supervise the operation of table games, manage Craps Box Supervisors and all dealers, and safeguard company assets. Handle customer complaints and disputes while ensuring compliance with Federal currency reporting requirements. Maintain proper department uniform, appearance, and grooming standards, keeping work areas clean and free of safety hazards. Adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies, including attendance guidelines, while performing all job functions in a safe and responsible manner. Must be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Gaming knowledge which should include the actual dealing and supervising of all table games
- Broad knowledge of Casino rules, regulations and procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Employee skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Microsoft Office experience
- Basic computer skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age
