Table Games Shift Manager

Responsible for the day to day operation and conduct of Table Games for the assigned shift by federal, state, and local gaming regulations, as well as company policies, procedures, and internal controls. Assists in implementing policies and directing personnel, prepares regular shift status reports, and aligns the department to provide differentiated service to premium customers. Maintains staffing levels, regulatory compliance, andfinancial controls; handles guest complaints, builds relationships with premium players, attends events, and ensures an outstanding gaming experience. Requires strong leadership, supervisory skills, adherence to regulatory requirements, and effective communication with staff and customers.
