Job Summary
Establish and enforce table games policies and procedures while overseeing departmental integrity during shifts. Mentor team members through training, coaching, and corrective action to foster superior guest service and long-lasting guest relations. Act as a liaison with managers from other departments to maintain a welcoming, safe, and professional work environment. Select, train, and develop team members while promoting Bally's customer-centric culture. Requires a gaming license, high school diploma, and two to three years of casino management experience. Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
- high school diploma or equivalent
- knowledge of all casino game rules
- knowledge of all applicable gaming regulations
- Two to three years of casino management experience
- Strong organizational, planning, supervisory skills
- above-average math skills
- Experience with scheduling and budget in a casino environment
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
