Job Summary
Lead the table games pit operations in a casino, overseeing dealers and frontline staff while ensuring game integrity, regulatory compliance (including Title 31), and accurate shift documentation. Coach and develop the pit team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, build relationships with guests, manage performance, and drive operational excellence on a fast-paced casino floor. Maintain a strong leadership presence, communicate effectively with cross-department teams, monitor gameplay for irregularities, and uphold professionalism and compliance in a high-energy environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3–5 years of casino gaming leadership or management experience
- Strong knowledge of table games operations, procedures, and gaming regulations
- Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and deliver exceptional guest service
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Working knowledge of Title 31 requirements and casino compliance standards
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
