Job Summary
Lead the Table Games Pit within a fast-paced casino environment in New York, supervising pit operations, coaching dealers and frontline staff, ensuring compliance with Title 31 and NYS Gaming Commission regulations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Maintain game integrity, monitor jackpots, bankrolls, and pit inventory, complete shift documentation accurately, and collaborate with other departments to provide seamless service. Drive operational excellence through hands-on leadership, performance coaching, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3–5 years of casino gaming leadership or management experience.
- Strong knowledge of table games operations, procedures, and gaming regulations.
- Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and deliver exceptional guest service.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Working knowledge of Title 31 requirements and casino compliance standards.
