Table Games Manager

Job Summary

Manage and direct daily operations of the Table Games Department, including strategic planning, budgeting, and profitability analysis. Supervise personnel, oversee hiring and scheduling, and ensure all equipment remains functional and properly stocked. Maintain confidentiality, security, and accuracy of business operations while enforcing PRIDE and GUEST core values. Review and implement operating policies, monitor gaming trends, and collaborate with regulatory authorities and casino departments. Maintain a professional appearance, work later hours and weekends, and complete projects on time.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred
  • At least four (4) years of table games experience with a minimum of three (3) years in a leadership position
  • Associate degree with at least six (6) years of table games experience with a minimum of three (3) years in a leadership position
  • Without a degree, must have at least eight (8) years of table games experience with a minimum of three (3) years in a leadership position
  • Ability to obtain and retain a Washington State Class III Gaming License
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Maintain a driving record that at least meets the minimum requirements established by the LECH vehicle insurance provider
  • Minimum of 21 years old
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent public speaking ability
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
  • In-depth understanding of Tribal Gaming Regulations and Policies and Procedures for gaming tournaments and promotional programs
  • Regular attendance, later hours and weekend work
  • Complete projects on time and in a quality manner
  • Maintain a neat well-groomed professional appearance
  • Ability to stand; walk; use hands to finger; handle; feel; or grip objects, stretch and/or reach with hands and arms; stoop; crouch or work in cramped or awkward positions
  • Repetitive motions
  • Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 30+ pounds
  • Close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust to focus
  • Ability to coach supervisory level staff to manage and develop high performance teams and implement program strategies
  • Must possess the skills and knowledge to effectively lead a complex department with programs to leverage strengths across program areas
  • Experience in program budgeting and fiscal management
  • Exercise analytic and decisive decisions with the ability to prioritize and communicate to staff key objectives and tactics necessary to achieve departmental goals
  • Must be a creative, innovative, and motivated self-starter
  • Ability to recognize and address departmental needs
  • Fluent in operating computer hardware and software applications used in the department on a regular basis
  • Interpersonal skills using tact and diplomacy
  • Must possess the skills and knowledge to effectively lead a complex department with programs to leverage strengths across program areas
  • Must possess experience in program budgeting and fiscal management
