Table Games Manager

Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred
• •At least four (4) years of table games experience with a minimum of three (3) years in a leadership position
• •Associate degree with at least six (6) years of table games experience with a minimum of three (3) years in a leadership position
• •Without a degree, must have at least eight (8) years of table games experience with a minimum of three (3) years in a leadership position
• •Ability to obtain and retain a Washington State Class III Gaming License
• •Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
• •Maintain a driving record that at least meets the minimum requirements established by the LECH vehicle insurance provider
• •Minimum of 21 years old
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills
• •Persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent public speaking ability
• •Fluent in Microsoft Office
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• •Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
• •In-depth understanding of Tribal Gaming Regulations and Policies and Procedures for gaming tournaments and promotional programs
• •Regular attendance, later hours and weekend work
• •Complete projects on time and in a quality manner
• •Maintain a neat well-groomed professional appearance
• •Ability to stand; walk; use hands to finger; handle; feel; or grip objects, stretch and/or reach with hands and arms; stoop; crouch or work in cramped or awkward positions
• •Repetitive motions
• •Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 30+ pounds
• •Close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust to focus
• •Ability to coach supervisory level staff to manage and develop high performance teams and implement program strategies
• •Must possess the skills and knowledge to effectively lead a complex department with programs to leverage strengths across program areas
• •Experience in program budgeting and fiscal management
• •Exercise analytic and decisive decisions with the ability to prioritize and communicate to staff key objectives and tactics necessary to achieve departmental goals
• •Must be a creative, innovative, and motivated self-starter
• •Ability to recognize and address departmental needs
• •Fluent in operating computer hardware and software applications used in the department on a regular basis
• •Interpersonal skills using tact and diplomacy
• •Must possess the skills and knowledge to effectively lead a complex department with programs to leverage strengths across program areas
• •Must possess experience in program budgeting and fiscal management
