Job Summary
Supervise, monitor, and control an assigned pit of one or more table games to ensure compliant, high-quality customer service and game integrity. Oversee dealers, safeguard assets, report irregular activity to the Shift Manager, observe game activity and player data, manage table banks, ensure compliance with Table Games Department policies and Internal Controls, and maintain daily operations and cleanliness of the casino floor. Require certification on all table games, Title 31 and Problem Gambling certifications, and annual training. Prefer a minimum of two years dealing experience and strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
