Job Summary
Oversee assigned table games operations, ensuring compliance with Port Gamble S'Klallam Gaming procedures, internal controls, and established rules. Supervise, train, monitor, and support Table Games employees while coordinating dealer schedules to maintain proper staffing and equipment. Deal cards and conduct table games as needed, exchanging currency for chips and accurately handling fills, credits, and balance verifications. Monitor wagers and game activity, calculate payouts, and process promotional coupons while addressing guest complaints and unusual situations. Provide professional guest service and direct work assignments to maintain an efficient environment. Address employee concerns and performance issues per company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of two years of Table Games experience
- Strong knowledge of table game rules, procedures, and operations
- Ability to confidently lead and support a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain professional and make sound decisions in a fast-paced gaming environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required Gaming License
