Job Summary
As Table Games Floor Supervisor at MGM National Harbor, lead dealers on the floor to ensure a seamless, high-energy gaming experience with outstanding guest service. Oversee table operations and bankrolls, verify documentation, and ensure procedures and equipment are handled with integrity. Monitor player activity, assess risk and unusual behavior, and alert management to concerns or irregularities. Manage and support a team of dealers, delivering accurate game play and top-tier guest service across the floor. Schedule: 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM; responsibilities include staff oversight, compliance, and maintaining a professional casino environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience as a table games dealer or in casino operations
- Proficient in dealing at least 2 core games and all carnival games
- Previous casino operations supervisory experience preferred
