Job Summary
Supervise the operation of assigned gaming tables and directly oversee dealers, monitoring procedures for game openings, closings, and shift changes. Ensure fills and credits comply with Nevada State Gambling Control Board regulations and internal policies while maintaining proper supplies and equipment. Train team members, manage scheduling, and handle disciplinary actions to foster a professional atmosphere that resolves guest disputes and promotes positive relations. Create a respectful environment where staff share ideas and guests receive expert assistance. Requires a Nevada Gaming Card, two years of casino supervisory experience, and high school graduation.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age
- High School graduate or GED
- Minimum two years previous experience of related casino experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Card
- Working knowledge of gaming operations
- Knowledge of State of Nevada Gambling regulations and rules
- Experience in team member scheduling, training, disciplinary actions, and supervising
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of all table games and gaming regulations
- Must have a minimum of two years supervisory experience (including non-gaming environment)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
