Job Summary

Supervise assigned table games to ensure accurate dealing, adherence to policies, and regulatory compliance. Monitor dealer performance and game pace, providing coaching, correction, and support as needed. Deliver outstanding guest service by interacting with players, resolving disputes professionally, and enhancing the overall table games experience. Ensure compliance with Nevada Gaming Control Board regulations, internal controls, and Title 31 procedures. Schedule and rotate dealers efficiently while maintaining proper coverage and break schedules. Identify and respond to suspicious behavior or potential game integrity issues, escalating concerns when appropriate. Collaborate with surveillance, security, and other departments to maintain a safe and secure gaming floor. Maintain a visible presence on the floor, setting the tone for professionalism, teamwork, and guest engagement.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Table Games Supervisor or Dual Rate Dealer with supervisory duties
  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing diverse teams in a fast-paced, high-volume gaming environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of core games including blackjack, roulette, and craps
  • Proficiency in at least one specialty game
  • Strong understanding of Nevada Gaming Control Board regulations, Title 31 compliance, and casino internal controls
  • Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a valid Nevada Gaming Registration Card
  • Must be able to submit to and pass a background check and drug test
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time throughout the casino and property
  • Must be able to move throughout all areas of the property, including back-of-house and public areas
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds as necessary
  • Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
