Job Summary
Supervise and manage staff in the Table Games department while actively promoting superior customer service. Follow game procedures for Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Poker, and Baccarat; monitor chips, cash transactions, and equipment accountability. Coordinate scheduling with management, ensure regulatory compliance, and process paperwork and logs. Handle payouts in accordance with established procedures and report potential issues. This role includes supervisory and hourly team member responsibilities. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, fluent in English, and able to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Starting salary is $24.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Applicant must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to work any shift or hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Must have strong verbal communication skills
- Must be fluent and literate in English
- Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization
- Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately to figure payoffs
