Job Summary
Oversee all table game operations across multiple properties, ensuring consistency, profitability, and regulatory compliance. Provide strategic leadership in managing live table games, including craps and roulette, while driving innovation and enhancing the overall guest experience. Maintain confidentiality of all privileged information and develop standardized policies across properties. Introduce new games, promotions, and loyalty programs across different markets. Requires a Bachelor's degree in business or hospitality, five to ten years of table games management experience, and successful completion of a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, and gaming license in Arizona and California. Must be 21 years of age or older. Tribal preference given to qualified tribal applicants.
Required Qualifications
- Five to ten years' experience in table games management
- Proven success in a multi property oversight
- Strong ability to develop and enforce standardized policies across properties
- Experience in introducing new games, promotions, and loyalty programs across different markets
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California
