Table Games Dealer Trainee Program

Table Games Dealer Trainee Program focusing on training to become a qualified Table Games Dealer. The program provides dealer classes covering game procedures, casino policies, customer service, chip handling, payouts, and other dealer skills. Up to 20 hours of weekly training with attendance and active participation required. Compensation is unpaid during training, and participants are not considered employees. Upon successful completion and meeting hiring requirements, participants may be considered for Table Games Dealer positions. Eligibility includes completing all training, demonstrating proficiency in taught games, and completing licensing/background checks and the casino onboarding process if selected.
