Job Summary
Seasoned table games dealer with at least two years in a Class III gaming environment, proficient in dealing multiple games (Blackjack, Carnival games, Mini Baccarat) and holding a gaming school certificate. Part-time dual-rate role with initial four-week training and rotation into Floor Supervisor duties; relocation assistance available for externally hired candidates within 50 miles of Tampa property; stringent compliance/background checks required; Native American preference applies.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in a Class III gaming environment as a Table Games dealer required
- Must proficiently deal a minimum of three carnival games(not including Casino War), Blackjack and Mini Baccarat
- Must possess a certificate of completion from an accredited Gaming School or equivalent
- must be able to deal two primary games with a high level of proficiency
- excellent customer service and talent relation skills
