Job Summary
The Table Games Dealer conducts assigned table games including Blackjack, Craps, and Roulette with accuracy and efficiency, following Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and company procedures. Responsibilities include calculating payouts, maintaining game integrity, and ensuring compliance with gaming policies. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent math skills, and effective communication with players. The dealer must be professional and courteous, capable of interacting with guests while monitoring for signs of problem gambling.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a level II Missouri Gaming License.
- Must be able to successfully complete a basic math test and display adequate gaming skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Basic computer skills.
Additional Requirements
- Final candidates will be required to complete a drug test and background check.
- Many positions will require a state gaming license.
