Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive training in Blackjack and Craps over an 8-10 week Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30AM to 5:00PM. Demonstrate proficiency in dealing at company-established speeds, shuffling cards, and managing game pace while delivering courteous service to guests. Accurately process wagers, issue chips, and verify documentation in compliance with Nebraska gaming regulations and internal controls. Report irregularities and adjust game speed based on player ability. Upon passing an audition, transition to evening or late-night shifts delivering superior gaming experiences at WarHorse Gaming properties.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong guest service focus with safety as a priority
- Ability to demonstrate dealer skills through an audition
- Proficiency in basic math
- Ability to differentiate cheque colors and values
- Knowledge of company internal controls and table game regulations
- Commitment to ethical conduct and guest service excellence
- Must be able to work varying-schedules to reflect the business needs of the property
- Ability to secure and maintain NE Gaming License
Desired Qualifications
- Previous dealing experience in Blackjack or Carnival games
