Job Summary
Deal Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Three Card Poker, Fortune Pai Gow, Bonus Let it Ride, and Ultimate Texas Hold'em in compliance with Chinook Winds policies, NIGC, Tribal regulations, and state compact. Ensure bets meet table limits, process payoffs and collections, and report play irregularities to supervisors. Provide technical assistance on game rules, limits, and procedures while maintaining asset protection and customer service standards. Maintain knowledge of resort events and programs to inform guests. Must be 21 or older, hold a Siletz Tribal Gaming License, and possess current certifications for all games except Craps and Roulette. Requires one year of dealing experience or successful completion of dealer school, a passing audition, and basic math dexterity. Work involves standing constantly in a busy, moderately loud environment with moderate to loud noise levels.

- Demonstrated ability in basic mathematical calculations
- Dexterity and motor skills to handle chips and cards
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must complete a background investigation
- Must complete a 180-day introductory period
