Job Summary
Conduct table games in accordance with casino policies, handling player transactions and resolving disputes while maintaining strict control over game equipment. Monitor compliance with all applicable regulations, internal procedures, and the Eye-Hi-Goodbye program to ensure accurate cash control and documentation. Maintain a positive demeanor and uphold appearance standards while interacting with customers, staff, and regulatory personnel. Requires regular attendance and adherence to established attendance policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be able to work effectively with peers, staff members, and regulatory agency personnel
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations
- Ability to work mathematical concepts such as probabilities and statistical inference
- Strong written and oral communication skills required
- Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Desired Qualifications
- Technical school or formal apprenticeship may be required
