Job Summary
Deal and officiate assigned table games while maintaining game pace and securing equipment. Greet guests with a friendly welcome, educate customers on game rules, and promote superior guest service. Ensure all activities comply with department policies, procedures, and gaming regulations. Maintain integrity of the game environment while interacting with players. This role requires a High School Diploma, graduation from an accredited dealing school, and passing an audition. Candidates must be fluent in English and able to work in a fast-paced casino environment with frequent interruptions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be a graduate of an accredited dealing school or have dealing experience in a high volume casino environment
- Must pass a Mohegan Sun dealing audition
- Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English
- Must be able to work in a casino environment with smoke, low lighting and loud music and noises
- Must be able to bend, stand and stretch for long periods of time
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
- Fully understands all gaming rules and regulations
- Required to attend annual CTR/SARC training and refresher courses
